• Ohio has a new Booster Seat Law! Children under 8 years old and under 4'9" are now required to ride in booster seats or appropriate child restraints on Ohio roads. For law enforcement, a six month warning period begins on October 7, 2009.

  This new, user-friendly handbook serves as a background, reference, and resource guide for school district personnel, child passenger safety technicians, and special needs transportation specialists.
